Can Zambian get a Lao visa on arrival?

Hi, I am a zambian and would like to know if i can get a visa at the port of entry.

Hi Irene,

Apparently Zambian can't get a Lao visa at ports of entry at the moment. The list of nationals that can't get a Lao visa on arrival is here: http://www.laos-guide-999.com/visa-on-arrival.html#noteligble. I believe this will change in the near future. I'll post here if there is an update, stay tuned.
