How can I get a multiple entry visa for Laos?

I'd like to enter Laos from Thailand, move to Vietnam after few days and re-enter Laos from Vietnam after more or less a week time. Is it possible to get a multiple entry visa?

 Multi entry visa requires more paper work

Hi there,

If you enter Laos as a tourist it's not possible to get a multiple entry visa. The multi entry visa requires a lot more work to get, you need to have a work permit, a sponsor, and it takes more time to get through the process. It's not worthy and above all you it's not available for tourists.
