Is it true that Philippine National is exempted from getting a Lao Visa if I only to choose to travel for 20 days. Thank you.

Hi Mitch,

Yes, you understood correctly. In fact you can stay in Laos for up to 30 days visa free.
If you have not come across it, here is the page with more complete information https://www.laos-guide-999.com/visa-exemption.html.

FYI: All ASEAN member countries can visit one another visa free for up to 30 days. Well...Brunei and Myanmar give only 14 days for ordinary passport holders of ASEAN member countries.

All the best.
